Mission

3vit.it, Inc’s mission is to be the place where business, government, and individuals connect to make the Internet work for Bergamo's Valleys.

3vit.it will:

• Provide news, information, community, cultural and entertainment content on the website that will attract initial visitors to the 3vit.it site and create strong member loyalty.

• Provide robust e-commerce solutions that meet the needs of site visitors and that generate significant and high margin revenue streams.

The Company

3vit.it consists of two core businesses, which, along with our strategic partnerships, position the Company to provide a robust e-commerce and Internet connectivity platform. These include 3vit.it the website (Portal) and 3vit.it Access services Group (ASG).

• An Internet website, 3vit.it, offers content and services specifically tailored to the interests and needs of Bergamo's valleys pepople and Bergamo's valleys pepople-interested audiences, both within and outside of Bergamo's valleys. In the future, it will focus on developing comprehensive B2B, B2G and B2C solutions for trade within Bergamo's valleys and between Bergamo's valleys and the rest of the world. Developing news and information, community, and other channels to attract visitors and facilitate e-commerce transactions through the site will create this.

• An Internet access and web-solutions service division, Access Services Group, will provide consumer Internet access through dial-up subscriptions and a planned rollout of cyber-centers throughout Bergamo's valleys. The Access Services Group also provides corporate network and technology services, including private networks and website development and hosting services for Bergamo's valleys businesses.

The 3vit.it business model is driven by several core initiatives. These include:
